Just can't wait that long.

Hello all,
Just an update to everyone since this is quicker than emailing everybody. classes are going well so far with history, economics, chemistry, and politics. My politics professor Christina Villegas knew Tom from Claremont. I saw Jim Lerhner's wife here the other day (dont remember her name) who said UD is a good place even though Tom still makes fun of everyone here. I guess I'm somewhere in the middle between Tom who seemed to have 3 or 4 friends here and Frank who seemed to have about 3 or 4 hundred. There's lots of good people here. I met a girl the other day who said "oh you're Frank's brother?.....do you barbeque?!!" A campus security officer just shook his head and said "oh boy another Karako....." Frank had quite a reputation here, for better or worse.
I'm the team captain of our flag football team The Practice Squad, and our season starts tuesday night which is going to be a lot of fun. All of my roommates are on the team also. One of my roommates is from the DC area, so we'll have a cowboys-redskins watching party sunday night. I got the job as a spanish tutor, and get to study when there is no one there to assist. Dr. Wilhemson and Dr. and Mrs. Jodziewiecz said hello to Tom and Christy.
I will be updating Frank's Riding Point blog every now and then, so check there for updates on what he is up to.

FYI all

I started a blog that I will plan to keep all up to date (via reg mail/with someone posting for me) while I am away at training. I will post various writings on it from time to time rather than on our family blog so that I can give this address out to other friends and family. I will of course still plan to keep in touch by mail; the blog content will be different, perhaps more of a reflective perspective of training, etc.

I have put in some nifty links on the right both to this blog and Anne's blog to make it easy to keep up with the different blogs from this page.
